ScopeKeep is a post-launch client operating system for developers and software agencies. In this policy, “ScopeKeep,” “we,” and “us” refer to the ScopeKeep service. This policy applies to information processed through ScopeKeep and does not replace the privacy terms of a provider, client, payment processor, or connected service.
When an authorized workspace administrator connects a Google account, ScopeKeep requests basic identity information and the read-only Firebase and Google Analytics permissions shown on Google’s consent screen. Depending on the projects selected in ScopeKeep, we access and store:
ScopeKeep does not use these permissions to write to Firebase or Google Analytics. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted, kept server-side, and used only to perform an administrator’s requested connection and synchronization. Google user data is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or used to train AI models. ScopeKeep’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy(opens in new tab), including its Limited Use requirements.
ScopeKeep does not train AI models on customer data without explicit terms and authorization. AI-assisted features, when enabled, produce reviewable drafts and do not autonomously approve work, charge a client, or publish client content.
We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, at your direction, to protect users and the service, or when required by law. This can include vetted infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication, email, observability, and payment providers acting for ScopeKeep. Workspace administrators control which members and client users receive access within their workspace. We do not sell personal information or Google user data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, honor workspace settings and agreements, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.
Disconnecting a workspace integration removes ScopeKeep’s encrypted credential envelope and deactivates its app mappings. Normalized historical activity and audit records may be preserved so past decisions remain intelligible. You can also revoke ScopeKeep from your Google account’s connected-app settings. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact us using the address below; we will verify the requester’s authority before acting.
ScopeKeep uses safeguards designed for tenant isolation, least-privilege access, encrypted integration credentials, private files, secure sessions, input validation, auditability, and recovery. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. See the ScopeKeep security overview for the current architecture commitments and their limits.
Rights vary by location. We may need to verify your identity, authority, and workspace relationship before completing a request.
ScopeKeep’s providers may process information in countries other than where you live. ScopeKeep is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. Do not submit information about a child unless you have the authority and lawful basis to do so.
We may update this policy as the service, connected data, or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Questions, privacy requests, and Google-data deletion requests can be sent to dev@squadplayers.com.
