By creating an account, accepting an invitation, connecting an account, or otherwise using ScopeKeep, you agree to these terms. If you use ScopeKeep for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.
Workspace owners and administrators control workspace members, client accounts, app records, connected services, and client portal access. You are responsible for actions taken through accounts you authorize, subject to applicable law.
ScopeKeep helps providers manage client requests, scope decisions, support plans, quotes, approvals, payment status, work, releases, and communications. A submitted request is not committed work. Providers remain responsible for their services, client agreements, pricing, taxes, delivery promises, support obligations, and lawful handling of client data.
ScopeKeep is a workflow and recordkeeping platform. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, investment adviser, escrow provider, or universally qualified electronic-signature service. Platform records do not replace advice or agreements appropriate to your circumstances.
Providers must have authority to add client information, invite client users, send communications, issue documents, request payments, connect client-owned resources, and process client data. Client users must use ScopeKeep only for accounts and apps they are authorized to access. ScopeKeep is not a party to the provider’s separate agreement with a client unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
You may choose to connect third-party services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, GitHub, Vercel, Stripe, or email providers. You authorize ScopeKeep to access and process the information presented in the connection flow for the purposes described in the product and the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have authority to grant that access.
ScopeKeep’s Firebase and Google Analytics integration is read-only. It retrieves authorized project, app, Hosting, and aggregate Analytics information for selected app records. You can disconnect the integration in ScopeKeep and can revoke access through the connected service. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or suspend their APIs.
You may not use ScopeKeep to:
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ScopeKeep a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service under these terms and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content’s accuracy, legality, and permissions. Feedback may be used to improve ScopeKeep without an obligation to compensate you, provided it does not disclose protected client content.
Paid ScopeKeep plans, if selected, are governed by the pricing, billing period, refund terms, and order information presented at purchase or in a separate agreement. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on ScopeKeep’s income. Provider-to-client invoices and payment requests are owned by the provider’s client relationship; ScopeKeep does not determine whether a charge is owed and does not mark a payment successful solely because a browser redirects.
ScopeKeep may add, change, limit, or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, compliance, or product fit. Beta and early-access features may be incomplete, change without notice, or have additional limits. We will use reasonable care to avoid destructive changes and provide notice when a material change reasonably requires it.
You may stop using ScopeKeep and may disconnect integrations at any time. ScopeKeep may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Data export, retention, deletion, and legally required records are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
To the extent permitted by law, ScopeKeep is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, that every third-party service will remain available, or that ScopeKeep will satisfy requirements unique to your industry or jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, ScopeKeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as ScopeKeep evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. If a material change applies to an existing paid commitment, the applicable order or separate written agreement controls to the extent of a conflict. Questions can be sent to dev@squadplayers.com.
